    The National Electrical Contractors Association   (NECA)
    The National Electrical Contractors Association is the management association for electrical contractors.     The Quality Connection (TQC) is a full-color magazine published by the National Labor-Management Cooperation Committee of the electrical construction industry. It was created to provide information on what is happening in the electrical contracting industry, and to update activities of the NLMCC, to all IBEW members involved in electrical construction and to all signatory employers.
